Great location near Nana Metro Station, Indian restaurants, clubs, and convenience stores. Comfortable beds, efficient elevators, and good breakfast offering local and western food. Helpful staff with good English.

The location of the hotel was ideal for exploring the city. I was impressed with the helpfulness of the concierge staff in assisting me with arranging transportation to and from the hotel. The Sky Bar was a standout feature of the hotel with its fine views and great drinks selection.

The hotel offered comfortable beds and easy access to taxis for convenient transportation to the airport. the hotel was clean and modern, with a great skyline view from the quiet sky lounge. The location was also favorable, being situated near many shopping centers.
The hotel was located in a very crowded area, which caused delays and frustration when using tuk-tuks or taxis. The breakfast options were limited and the pool was small.

Breakfast was superb. Location is very convenient to public transportation. Pool area is well-maintained and a great spot to enjoy the nice weather. Staff was accommodating in allowing an early check-in. Room was clean and tidy upon arrival.

We loved the location of this place, tucked away on Soi 11 in the Sukhumvit region. Despite being deep inside an alley, it was very quiet and peaceful. The staff provided us with world-class service and welcomed us with a lovely drink. The room itself was perfect, with plenty of electrical plugs making it easy to charge all our devices. The amenities in the room were great too, including an in-room safe, ironing facilities, and a mini-bar.
We had a few small issues during our stay, like being bitten by some flies and the TV only tuned in for Asian channels, but overall we'd definitely recommend this hotel to friends. The pros definitely outweighed the cons, and we enjoyed our stay here immensely.

Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Bangkok. This was solid hotel with very good staff and rooms. I loved the room with a queen size bed, the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The hotel's location is fantastic and only a short walk from the metro station, making it convenient for traveling around this city. I also appreciated that there were several halal eateries nearby, easy for me as a Muslim traveler. The cleanliness of the hotel was great, and it was evident that the hotel facilities have been well maintained.

We stayed in a fantastic location within walking distance to a nearby train station and many amazing shopping and party places. The hotel room was well equipped, spacious, and clean with a fully accessible bathroom. We enjoyed the daily buffet breakfast, which had a great variety of food.
One setback was the check-in process, which appeared to be slow due to fewer staff to accommodate the large volume of guests waiting to check-in.
